Here’s why: by the time a VA has invested the time to learn highly specialized skills such as those required for Ontraport, they’re more valuable to other would-be employers, and they can charge more. So I always say it’s best and most affordable to hire someone who’s a good fit, culturally, for your business, who has a broad swath of soft skills, and then train for the hard skills. Since highly competent offshore VA’s can be extremely affordable (starting at $4-$6 per hour), you can more easily afford to take the first few weeks they’re working for you and send them through all the educational videos they can get their hands on (don’t worry, we’ll point you in the right direction for these as well!).
