 Q: What if it doesn’t work out with my first hire? 
 A: This sometimes happens. In fact, one of the very best hires I’ve ever made was NOT initially my first choice, but when it didn’t work out with the first woman I brought on, I hired her and she wound up being incredible. She is loyal, smart, dependable, and I now consider her to be like family. Sometimes you have to kiss a frog or two before you get your prince or princess. When this happens, you let us know and we either set up another interview with the other candidates you liked, or we reach out and see if your 2nd choice person is still available and you can hire them straight away. 
 Q: Can I expect my new hire to already be good at Ontraport? Or other highly specialized software? 
 A: It’s possible, but unlikely. Here’s why: by the time a VA has invested the time to learn highly specialized skills such as those required for Ontraport, they’re more valuable to other would-be employers, and they can charge more. So I always say it’s best and most affordable to hire someone who’s a good fit, culturally, for your business, who has a broad swath of soft skills, and then train for the hard skills. Since highly competent offshore VA’s can be extremely affordable (starting at $4-$6 per hour), you can more easily afford to take the first few weeks they’re working for you and send them through all the educational videos they can get their hands on (don’t worry, we’ll point you in the right direction for these as well!).
